Mrs. Marianne Young, owner of Exceptional Advocacy Services, has been advocating for many years and officially opened Exceptional Advocacy Services in 2017. She is a wife, mother of three, and an active participant in the disability community. Marianne believes that every child has the capacity to learn and gifts that can be developed.
